Serving alcohol? If you are serving alcohol at your event, you will need to: (1) include a Host Liquor liability to your CERTIFICATE OF VENUE INSURANCE; (2) secure an ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMIT from the City of Eagle; (3) provide PROOF OF LIQUOR LICENSE from a person who will be on site for the entire event, and (4) upload a CATERING PERMIT from your alcohol vendor. This is law and no exceptions will be permitted.
Everyone will need to provide a Certificate of Venue Insurance.
The client is responsible to maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage to cover amount of invited guests. Such insurance shall name The Cottage at Riverbend Estates and Todd and Daisie McCauley as addition insured, and a certificate of insurance with an endorsement must be provided 30 days prior to the event.
