The Cottage at Riverbend offers a unique blend of rustic and glamorous entertaining and lodging. Nestled under towering spruce, elm, maple, and cypress, and three miles from downtown Eagle, Idaho is the painstakingly restored Cottage at Riverbend and grounds.
This two-story Spanish revival home, originally built in 1930, was restored by The Boise Boys of HGTV. The home has three bedrooms (2 king beds, 6 twins), two bathrooms, and nearly 2,000 square feet of living space. Enjoy a fully-loaded and renovated kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, living room, and game room. Learn more.
Situated in the back garden among verdant lawns, splashing fountains, and overcrowded flower beds, is a white canopy swathed in white silks, bejeweled with crystal chandeliers, and strung with golden lights. Riverfront property, located just 3 minutes west of the center of Eagle, right off State Street between Ballantyne Lane and Park Lane. Surrounded by mature maple, elm, spruce, and cypress. Plenty of parking for guests.
