At 30 days prior to your event, we’ll invoice you for your 2nd payment. By 30 days prior to your event, in tandem with your 2nd payment (for those that didn’t PAY IN FULL at booking) all clients will need to submit a Certificate of Venue Insurance and, if applicable, a permit from the City of Eagle to serve alcohol. These documents can be scanned and emailed or photographed and emailed to us via our contact us page.
By 30 days prior to your event, you will need to submit the following two documents:
Certificate of Venue Insurance
The client is responsible to maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage to cover amount of invited guests. Such insurance shall name The Meadow at Riverbend Estates and Todd and Daisie McCauley as addition insured, and a certificate of insurance with an endorsement must be provided 30 days prior to the event.
If alcohol will be served, the insurance must include a Host Liquor liability when serving liquor.
Permit to Serve Alcohol
If you intend to serve alcohol at your event, you must get an Alcoholic Beverage Open Container permit from the City of Eagle. There are no exceptions. You can request this permit from the City of Eagle here. This permit takes a few minutes to fill out and costs about $20.
Liquor License
Additionally, if you meet EITHER of these criteria, you must also have someone with a liquor license on site for the entirety of your event:
- If anyone is serving anything stronger than beer or wine, you must have a liquor license.
- If anyone other than the CLIENT (e.g. catering services or guests) serves alcohol of any kind, you must have a liquor license. The CLIENT is defined as the private wedding party who signed the contract.
If a liquor license is necessary, the Certificate of Venue Insurance must include a Host Liquor liability.
