A painstakingly restored Spanish revival home, originally built in 1930 at the tail end of the roaring 20s. The home is a sumptuous blend of furnishings that highlight the art movements from the 30s to the 60s. Original art deco light fixtures, rich and dark woods from the arts and crafts era, and furnishings from the 60s are blended together in a highly sensuous experience. Original floorings, cabinetry, and casements have been painstakingly restored by The Boise Boys (HGTV) to give this old world home all the conveniences of modern living.
